Three to one. Your loss, Petey. (Better pray you don’t get to sit under the boat.)

There was a “cowboy” restaurant that my ex and I used to go to. They had an antique cast-iron claw-foot bath tub hanging from the ceiling.

With a name like P.J. Piehole’s, it’s got to be crap.

We ate at Planet Hollywood in Downtown Disney. We sat under the Beverley Hillbillies’ car.

Thought PJ’s had been closed down for health violations.

P.J. Piehole’s proprietor – Peter Otterloop, jr. from the future to torment his present self?

There’s a restaurant on the waterfront in Seattle with old canoes hanging from the ceiling and walls—Ivan’s Seahouse? Something like that. Looks like just the place.

A stop at P.J. Piehole’s never ends well.

Who’s driving this van? People just pop up to vote for PJ Piehole’s from nowhere.

I guess Alice’s preference trumps Petey’s again. But I think also that it wasn’t the little plastic swords that won over Mr. Otterloop, but rather Madeline’s coupon. Peter is a bit frugal, it seems (and why not?)….

In DC there’s a small community center (BloomBars) that has half of a rowboat affixed to the wall. It is accessible via a panel in the stairway and is used as the control booth for the sound system. Thompson lived in the DC area; perhaps one was inspired by the other? (I don’t know which is older – this comic or the BloomBars rowboat/control booth.)
