Yep, living in a roomy & comfortable box; that is, their house. While Felis Domestica decided to hook y=up with us humans, thousands of years ago, there’s still something a bit wild about them. When holed up in a cardbox box, they feel safe, protected on all sides except one.

As a homeless person myself, I can tell you that you do not really know just how fortunate you are.

I too am fortunate to have a cat, two actually….Hey, that’s my take away anyway…..Cats bring good luck, kill rodents and give quiet companionship..All they ask in return is to be worshiped…..

I unpacked a small box and left it on the floor and walked away…When I came back there was a cat in the box….she slept there all afternoon, I didn’t want to disturb her….Just for fun I dropped some dry food into the box….Yup, you guessed it, now she wants to be fed there occasionally…..Man, they train you and you don’t even know it! The other one prefers to eat right off the floor, rather than from a bowl….

From Janis’ expression of shock or surprise we might surmise that Arlo’s contemplative and insightful comment was possibly accompanied by a fart.

Perhaps rethinking the tiny house idea.

I think we’ve finally exhausted the container house gags.

Well, I just live in a swamp. A box might be nice.

You can go to the pet store and buy a $200 “kitty Castle” with carpet and toys attached and your cat will ignore it in favor of the most recent Amazon carton.
