    Yeah, banks get bought out by other banks. Good toaster factories just get moved offshore and the quality drops. But the toasters are cheap.

    Still using our first microwave oven. Bought in 1986 when some appliance companies still built their products well.

    I have a 6 year old whirlpool fridge that has had 3 service calls. gaskets, freezer drain, and a computer board… What does a fridge need a computer board for???
