Man: I've had a BUSINESS ACCOUNT with this BANK for four years! FOUR YEARS with me going in there at least ONCE, TWICE A WEEK! NO ONE in there remembers my NAME! STILL! Now---They want me to open a "PERSONAL CHECKING ACCOUNT!? Shouldn't it be an "IMPERSONAL checking account"??

I used to be with Chase. Changed banks because they charge a fee for EVERYTHING. On my statement, the fee for the account itself was called the “Relationship Price.”
