Mailed the cat?! Our cat would never agree to that! Just getting him into the carrier is a struggle. Still, as BRUCE said, anything can happen in the comics.

Unless she put stamps on him, he’ll be returned.

You’ll have to call the P.O. immediately to have someone come out and open the mailbox for you.

I hope her head doesn’t get stuck like it did in the bush when Earl had to prune her out. Or will the firemen laugh at her as they did at Earl when he got stuck in the doggie door.

The way those mailboxes are made, she would not be able to stick her head or an arm inside. As others have suggested, the only solution is to call the PO.

When multi-tasking in the morning – walking my dog and taking something to the mailbox – I was always a bit paranoid that my groggy morning state would cause me to drop the dog’s “package” in the mailbox by mistake. I’m pretty sure that it never happened. Pretty sure. (I’m not a morning person, by the way.)

Good riddance! Leave it in there! LOL
