But once again, Trump has banned all refugees from entering the country. It is time for real Christians to bring down this satanic regime with disobedience. God or Wealth.
The National Shrine is a different place than the (yes, Episcopal) National Cathedral.Saint Patrick’s is decidedly short on bathroom space even for the tourists & Massgoers (and their recent expensive facelift/preservation stayed far enough away from the threshold amount of “renovation” (I guess) that they avoided having to bring the place up to code for number of toilets for a place of assembly) – they couldn’t shelter anywhere near 2500 people for any length of time.
I’m sorry, but I vote for my personal safety over letting just anyone in. For cryin’ out loud, we aren’t saying no-one can come in .. we just want stricter enforcement of existing laws. I am not Catholic (although my brother is), but I really respect this pope. I am hoping that this “comic” strip isn’t reflecting the pope’s actual views.

That is how the church can defy tRump and the fake republican christians and show true mercy and what it means to be truly Christian.

The National Cathedral is Episcopalian. Not subject to the Pope.

All of a sudden, the “freedom of religion” crowd would tell the church, “Stay out of politics” and “No school vouchers for Catholic schools”.
They’re great at punishing people who disagree with them. And Catholics would keep voting for them.

And these are not the people putting you at risk. Maybe you don’t drive, have a gun in your house, or know anyone who does.
Far more Americans are killed by toddlers with access to guns than by terrorists. What a bunch of cowards we’ve become.
