What is a one-on-none of tick-tack-toe called?
In other words, he gets to always win.
I’m reminded of the work titled, I think, Why There Are No Green Great Dragons. This kid has avoided messing up and saying something like pong ping, dong ding, song sing, etc.

Just as well that he got tire of playing Pong. This way he gets more exercise.
