Half and half is half whole milk and half cream; “fat free half and half” is a contradiction in terms and anybody packaging and selling it under that name should be sued for false advertising, along with those selling so-called “fat free sour cream.” I’m not saying that either of them should be banned, but the manufacturers should be required to come up with a more honest name.
