    To lifeofB: Thanks for the answer. From the context it could just as easily have been Sexual Compulsives Anonymous (1st page of Google results). Often the problem with the Internet is too much information, and it’s quicker to ask.

    laughaday - the problem isn’t with the internet, it’s about groups grabbing sets of initials that have already been taken. Another example is the ADA… now immediately recognized as the initials for the “Attorneys’ Full Employment Act of 1990” (okay, actually the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990), but up until 1990 it pretty much always meant the American Dental Association.

    I’m pretty certain any sexual compulsives showing up for a Society for Creative Anachronism event would have a lot more fun, though, than a bunch of dentists showing up at a disability lawsuit.
