Love today’s strip, but … a minor critique … possibly unavoidable …

Both word balloons in panel #1 are from characters inside the police station, though pointer placement suggests the second balloon ‘might’ be issuing from that teeny-tiny figure on the steps.

Heaven Forfend anyone should ever give anything I worked on half the critical going-over, huh? XD

The use of “OniiSan” [… literally, “Big Brother!”] reminded me of this series …

Two of the most compelling characters in Dick Tracy are Mysta Chimera (my avatar) and Honeymoon Tracy. Mysta is Honeymoon’s Onee-San, while Honeymoon is Mysta’s Imoto-Chan. Their friendship is one of the strip’s emotional anchors.

Another great sequence of panels from Bea. Going from the establishing outside vantage to closer and closer looks at Sedine is quite effective. The twinkle in her eye assures us there will be plenty more shenanigans from our gal. She made a clean get away from the cool pool caper.

When I think of all the times I’ve been told to lose weight because of my pear-shaped body… Well, the joke’s on them. It turns out I can easily pass for a pregnant woman, which often guarantees a seat on the bus. HA-HA…

Is 16 a bit old fr being judged on her size? I thought women were about at their full height by that age.
