Always wondered how they get all those special effects in comics.

Nods thopse episodes get used as Midnight on wards filler on the Family Channel version of ABC, Drew Carey. Colin Mochury, Ryan Stilles, Wayne Brady, and The guest slot. Those shows are Priceless. Twas a sad day indeed when that got canceled

Joe Allen - My guess between emu or ostrich - I’d guess Emu due to coloring (brownish) instead of black/white (Ostrich). I’ve never lived with big birds like emus but I know there are folks who raise them as “pets” or for “meat”.

Drawing the green screen is the hardest part for the artist, then he has to draw the background on top if it.

Yaay Dooneysbury! The stupid Staten Island Advance took it out in favor of Beetle Bailey, of all lame, retro things. I’m happy I found it here.

That would be the Staten Island Retreat, sounds like.

You’re right, Dypak, and under high magnification one can still see the green pixels in amongst the pixels pertaining to the “background” picture.

Reminds me of “Who Killed Roger Rabbit?” (the book, not the movie). Behind the scenes of the comics industry is not pretty.

    PS: It’s Colin Mochrie.
