I do about ten miles a week and I’m 74.
I’m 75 and do 3 miles a day, every day!
70 & doing 7 miles a week currently with my wife (building back up to the 18 miles a week before her heart issues) Plus I’m averaging 30 flights of stairs a day, in my home. Also I take no prescription meds. Stay active, stay healthy.
This is how life works.
Never quit something because it’s hard. Quit it because it’s not challenging enough.
