“Dick Tracy” was actually good, but Breezy’s acting was better than Madonna’s.

Someone should have posted a trigger warning. Now I’ll have to see a therapist to get over the trauma of remembering that movie.

There were two humorous bits in the movie, both involving Dustin Hoffman. The colors were pretty. A friend of mine did matte paintings for it.

These are the nice things I can think of to say about the movie.

I was assuming that TNT was referring to Rip’s acting. I’ve never seen “Dick Tracy” but I don’t think Rip is cut out for undercover work.

Madonna wasn’t bad or even especially bad, just so-so. NO threat to the film which tried to pack it all in in one go.

I gotta disagree with Breezy on this one. Dick Tracy wasn’t the best movie ever made, but It was NOT unwatchable. I found it to be quite enjoyable. (Better than that stupid black swan movie.) Al Pacino was hilarious!!!

I also disagree, Breezy – I even have the “Dick Tracy” DVD. I especially liked the way they brought out the comic strip coloring.
