Good Morning Crew!

I had one the other day at a NY restaurant. Texture and taste of a hockey puck.

I’ve eaten “vegetable protein” that tasted great, and made me want more…but to get that flavor, it cost almost half again as much as the same amount of beef.

The only time I ever ate a veggie burger was as a topping on a real burger.
