Ay-yi-yi. Gluten is in wheat, barley, and rye. It would depend on how the crow was prepared. If the crow is one of the black birds baked in a pie, it probably isn’t gluten free. If it’s chicken-fried crow, it’s probably been doused in flour first. If it’s crow Wellington, it will be covered in bread. Also, even if it’s barbecued, you would have to check the ingredients in the marinade, rub, or sauce. Please find a new go-to punchline. The gluten-free one is old and tired.

Unless you have Celiac’s Disease, you do NOT have “gluten intolerance”, you’re just neurotic assholes.

Crows may be distant cousins.

With “crow” you need all the flavor you can get.. don’t remove the gluten.

I rather suspect that the word “crow” had an alternative noun which could have been used…but since this is a family strip….

I didn’t know Celiac’s disease was transmittable cross-species. It’s really the only reason to eat gluten-free.
