G’day Jason, Drycula, JFri, Meggsiefan, Ottod, Frank and all Meggsie’s mates.*
Maybe the Yowi thought that there might be a tempting meal inside the back packs of our two friends when he first frightened them, but they were lost in the swim to safety.
Which reminds me:
Q. What’s wrapped in clingwrap and hangs from a bell rope?
A. The lunchpack of Notre Dame.
Maybe it’s time to place a bet on the fate of our two mates. My Ten Bucks is on MISAD.
MISAD is an acronym for what I think is going on. Maybe others could make one up representing their opinion and reveal them when the series ends.
Frank Corona: It seems twins tolled the bell at Notre Dame for a while. One passed away but they couldn’t work out which one, he was a dead ringer for the other.
Don’t know about that Frank, the usual reaction is for people to groan. I do know that the surviving brother was a philanderer until his wife found out. Apparently it was him on whom the belles told.
Bell ringers do love applause. There was one here in Melbourne who was so overcome by the appreciation shown for his efforts that he grabbed hold of the bell strikers and went like the clappers.
usfellers…..I’ve only seen a few Boofhead comics but were they enough to somehow infect my sense of humor?
I have to admit, those “groaners” get to me!

Yowies, bunyips, drop bears, the minmin light and the Booie monster. All good. Most sightings seem to be late on a saturday night.

In Australia do they teach English as a second language? (Please answer in English as I don’t speak Strine.)
