This year just keeps getting worse and worse. Pam lost her Precious, my brother, Daniel lost 2 of his 3 cats (ages 17 and 21) and my sister, Martha died. That’s just a small part of trouble for this year, but it keeps getting worse. Those on FB will be able to read the story in detail, complete with a picture, but the short version of the story is that on the way home from Martha’s funeral, Mary, Mark and I were in a serious roll over car accident. While Mary and I were able to crawl out of the car ourselves with only superficial injuries, Mark was very seriously injured, with broken ribs, a couple broken vertebrae and a punctured lung. He must have bitten his tongue, because it was swollen and bleeding. It swelled so much, it was blocking his airway so he could bare;y breath. They had to put in a trach (however that is spelled) tube. I’m stiff and sore from last night’s accident and I already called my job to say I would not be going to work tomorrow.

By the way, I cannot forget to say this – I want to sincerely thank everyone who donated to Martha’s funeral fund. Because of the donations we got through the gofundme, in addition to other donations we got from family and friends, we were able to give Martha the funeral she deserved. We don’t need any more donations and I am going to close the page today as soon as I find out how to do that. Thank you again, for each and every donation. There is a special place in Heaven for each one of you who donated and for those who prayed and sent good wishes to the family. Thank you very much.
