The fallout from any explosion involving the Pyes could render Gasoline Alley uninhabitable! However, if a Gamma Bomb is used on the bus a far worse scenario might play out, as the Pyes would likely become Incredible HULKS!

Only in the comics would a wrecked school bus be in danger of getting bombed by the Army, somewhere it could have been driven under normal circumstances.
