I can remember when travelin’ in a ‘57 DeSoto was the ’lap of luxury’. By the way, I was so fascinated by the world passing by never came up with ‘are we there yet’ ! ! !
I remember moving across country one time. I had a bet with my wife as to how far we would go before we heard “Are We There Yet?” We made it 30 miles on a 1,500 mile trip.

The perfesser’s car has changed over the years. It now has 1958 DeSoto tail fins and 1960s Cadillac grillework.
