His face does convey discomfort or dyspepsia. “General Treatment suffers” may be a bit of an exaggeration.

A game of marbles in out. He definitely doesn’t look like a good shooter marble. (How do I know this? Just look at his double chin and his droopy, lopsided jowls.)

Is that a fence or a levee? Plug it with his head. Hope it holds.

It is wild black raspberry (Rubus occidentalis) season!

It begins to the south and continues for several days as varying amounts of sunlight and other conditions retard ripening. In the farther northern areas, the season will begin later, of course. Northern areas of border states will have theirs in August, just in time for bears to load up on sugars for the year in preparation for winter.

Unless you are a bear, taking them out of context is suggested, as what is lost is mostly thorns and leaves.
