Oh, Lord, why? It’s a ball of yarn!
Think of it as low tech fun.
Reminds me of my granddaughter, she was given a book & asked how do you plug it in!!! she is now an avid reader so, it turned out OK!!!
Yarn, boxes and shiny things don’t translate well to canines – but chew toys and bones don’t translate well to felines. I have seen both play fetch and play in water… and goodness knows that cats steal doggy beds. (Cats are insidious)
Maybe it’s time for a new hobby.
Cats are really DUMB, so they don’t need much stimulation.
If you’ve got another pencil, you could maybe knit a sweater.
