As a Kid, I knew run it by legal meant that it had to be cleared by an adult, which would result in said idea (FUN) being not cleared (SHUT DOWN).

I’ve heard of a kid whose birthday was December 25th. Her parents celebrated her “unbirthday” on June 25th.
