I’ve been looking for a place to tell about a local race.
In FL the Republican incumbent didn’t draw a Democratic opponent but he had a Republican opponent.
Without a Democrat in the race, EVERYONE could vote in the Republican primary.
So here come two Democrats. One works part time in a pet store, the other is a college student.
So the primaries are separate, Mr. N (R) wins.
But he may have IRS and law troubles, Mr. A (R) is suing.
Mr. A (R) has trouble, too.
So we may have in the highest County offices a Dem who no one knows why they ran or who put them up to it.
But neither has ever been in politics or has any experience.

But Rockngolfer, at least they aren’t incumbents! They’re outsiders! They could be in the Tea Party…
