However you say it, I agree with Dennis. Whatever you have to do, Marcia, to do what you can. Keep it up.

    Yes, agility is agility….

whether you’re using official gym equipment, or climbing over a … a… what is that thing?

Chasing after a toddler can build it, and so can taking a walk with a monkey.

    Speaking of which….

    (nice segue there?)

    has anybody seen Sheriff MonkeyBlues?

    MONKEEEE!

if you stop by, be sure to look at yesterday’s comments!

After climbing over the patio umbrella pole ( I wonder what happened to the canopy. She may have fashioned it into a ’chute to slow her down at the end of her wind sprints. but I digress ) does she go over and kick the bucket?

She might, since Alice was supposed to have celebratory libations iced down at the end of the time trial course. And we all know that it is allbout Marcia, Marcia, Marcia.

On a more serious note. By the time someone is a client of mine, any amount of limber is a good thing.

Keep doing your stretching and range-of-motion exercises, people.

There will come a day when you are glad you did.
