Good morning, all. I can offer some duct tape (with kitties on it) to Annie if she’d like to stop Chesneys’ constant yammering. Or, maybe she’d like some earplugs.

I am going to try and be a good citizen and limit my posting of videos and pictures to one comment. That means either a) fewer pictures, b) only Facebook links, c) no descriptions, or d) some combination of the above. Fortunately, or not, Facebook has given in to the Fahrenheit 451 crowd and censored (taken down) one of my source pages today (Rude and Crude Cats), so there’s fewer pictures for me to choose from. What is America sinking to when cat pictures offend people and they can censor them???? I am glad I am not going to live to see what these yahoos are doing to my country.

I’m still here, but with the kids still living with us…………Please think good thoughts for my son=in-law who has a job interview this morning. I’ll let you know how it turns out. This is the longest he has ever been without a job (8 months). He is in the Hotel Management and Hospitality Field and those who are hiring want to pay next to nothing. and tell him he is overqualified. And at 52 time is ticking. Rose…I am hoping to hear good news about your SIL today or soon.

On the radio today I heard that the first plane(s) have landed, with dogs from Houston area shelters, and are being distributed among other shelters. I am hoping/assuming that cats and other critters are among the rescued. Since Chesney has just about taken up residence on the loading dock, there is an opening, temporary at best, at the TC warehouse for an orange tabby.

My two have been doing a lot of squawking lately (and running back and forth between windows and the back deck) but that’s been a case of “birdies!”, “squirrel!” and “bunny!” Dean was beside himself Saturday as both the squirrel and a bunny were in the garden at the same time, the squirrel in particular taunts them

Cat Stephens would be acceptable, though; as would Pussy Galore.

Annie says, "Yes Sir Chesney, you shall have your red carpet and scratching post! (NOT! Lol!)
