Phoebe is already so popular she had to be included in the shield of boringness. Hence why she noticed the optimism spell right away once the rational part of her mind finally woke up.

Popularity is so over-rated.

@ IMJUST LURKING I see enough fashionable children wearing flipflops.@ UJEAN Why would a school have rules against flipflops?Over here, the only rule is you have to dress decently.As long as the weather allows it, kids will wear flipflops or sandals.
