P-1 is a very common scenario in the workplace and household; someone is too cold, someone else too hot. If you can’t control the temperature, a sweater would be a good idea. I think people who feel uneasy in some social settings are more likely to be sensitive to the physical environment of the event.

60 degrees is too cold for most women and just right for many men. That setting was created in the 1960’s. Women end up wearing Winter gear.
