I’m not into fruit-flavored cereal like Fruit Loops, Fruity Pebbles, or Trix. Not even Special K with bits of strawberry.

    Did you?

Half a mug of fresh whole milk so far! (with the same amount of espresso…)

It’s Shredded Wheat or bran flakes for me.

How can I tell whether my breakfast is healthy?

Do I have to take it to some sort of breakfast doctor (or veterinarian?) for tests?

Does the cereal go to the same one as the fruit?

    I can’t afford that…..

and I usually eat it before it could happen, anyway.

At that point, its prior degree of wellness is rather moot,I’d think.

I have to say that I do now and then notice some particularly unwell fruit, for instance, and avoid eating it.

Not yet, Tony, give me a chance to have some coffee first.

I’m with LadyKat! I just barely got up and haven’t even had coffee – which is the first necessity – healthy or not! Then, I’m sure, my breakfast will be healthy – whatever that is.

4 crumpets lightly buttered, a tall glass of OJ with pulp and a steaming hot cup of coffee.

Not exactly. Sausage, scrambled eggs and blueberry waffles. It was good though.

Some strawberry bread I baked and froze in May with some milk.
