Not exactly what my wife says to me every morning, but it’s the same idea. One of the problems I had with getting out of the Air Force was learning how to dress. Prior to that it was “Do I wear the blue suit or the blue suit?”
Now I can coordinate myself: lions go with lions, giraffes go with giraffes … (If you are old enough to remember what this means).
This reminds me of my childhood in the 40s and 50s! I thought real cowboys dressed like Roy Rogers and Gene Autry with the tight fitting pants , fancy shirts and bandanas until I saw an old tin-type of Billy the Kid! Wow, what a let down!
