Ah HA! We all new it! Dee Dee saw Nate following Gina trying to get that dirty gossip and mistook it for a crush. Even so Nate is blushing pretty hard, I still say there might be some truth behind it…

I also hope this doesn’t damage Nate and Dee Dee friendship. I know if someone told the whole school who I was crushing on I would be pretty upset with them.

Hey wait a minute, that’s not gossip, that’s just guessing! She didn’t even get any real information!

See, Nate and Gina get married and their son is Calvin who has a pet tiger named Hobbes.

This is humiliating.

I like it when Nate gets humiliated.

That’s not a bad assumption, actually. It DOES make sense, but Lincoln HAS confirmed that they are enemies. No love.

Nate has been slandered by Dee Dee, but he can’t prove it. The only thing he can do is tell a teacher but Nate isn’t the type to tell on people.

If anyone asks me, I would put a stop to this by telling everyone that Nate was begging me for gossip.

My prediction for tomorrow’s strip:

Panel 1:

Crowd: >laughing<

Nate: You wanna know why I was following Gina around, Dee Dee?

Panel 2:

Nate: I was following her around for a gossip source!

Dee Dee: Oh yeah?

Panel 3:

Dee Dee: Can you prove it?

Gina: (off-screen): He can’t…

Panel 4:

Gina: (comes into panel) But I can!

Yeah, no, Dee-Dee’s going down no matter WHAT.

Nate’s not having any luck. Figures this would happen on Friday the 13th.

Where is Gina?

I think that because Dee Dee’s gossip is false, Nate will win if he can prove that he doesn’t have a crush on Gina.

It sounds like Dee Dee might have a crush on Nate. After all she had spent the day stalking him.

Unless it is A) True, and B) something that pleases the one being gossiped about, there are no “winners” when it comes to gossip. Someone is almost always going to feel hurt by it, and it’s another form of bullying.

That’s just harsh.

I think Nate will win because Dee Dee said the gossip has to be true.

You’d hope that this strip it won’t damage the friendship, but that friendship hasn’t really shown many signs of it existing in the past few days. And I have not seen much of Teddy in the strips lately. So to what I am saying, the friendship will be over. I can’t have a friend tell the entire school, then be HAPPY about the situation. That’s not a good and loyal friend.

When you look at the smile on Dee Dee’s face, that would make you dislike her, especially if you were neutral on her. I wasn’t really much of a fan of her, especially that BIG MOUTH that girl has. Kinda always annoying, and she’s not been very active in the stripes. Then I see this week’s comics. I hate her now.

If I were Nate I’d make it simple: I’d pull out my knife, then stab her in the chest. No more problems. Gone, just like that
