That’s a pretty good collection of odd-balls. The big red one with the loop is, as far as know, a horse toy, though I use a smaller one with my big boy. I don’t know about the turtle!

Ya gotta keep it interesting after a while!

Where’s the baseball? The World Series is going on, you know.

But why would he have fetched a shuttlecock? That’s not even a ball?

Chazz is looking more like a bigger loser than Jon Arbuckle as the strip goes on.

Poncho is having a ball!

On the other hand, although Poncho may be deliberately misunderstanding the “fetch” command, he’s putting a great deal of energy into his misunderstanding.

I don’t catch the humor in this one.

“If you don’t want to do something, don’t do it well.”

I was confused at first. When I read the first panel, I though Poncho was cheating at bowling by rolling from too close. But maybe he’s chasing the ball, although I think it unlikely that he could catch it before the ball and he end up in the flying pins. Maybe I should send it Comics I Don’t Understand.
