Wasn’t it established in the first Sunday strip that Marigold knew when Phoebe was born and what her middle name was?

I’m sure she could figure out when Phoebe is committing art theft.

I don’t believe that Marigold would like any drawing of a unicorn. After all,how do you capture “perfection”?

Mom should buy some product from the “Ruthie’s Good Art” stand down the block, sign Phoebe’s name to it, and ask Phoebe how she likes it.

I really was horrible at art! In my senior year everybody had to submit art work to the annual art festival! My art teacher took me aside, and realizing my lack of ability, told me it was okay to copy something! Thank you, Mr. Kleckner!

Marigold is not horrified at the unicorn silhouette on the “Unicorn Crossing” cover. Maybe Phoebe could do a tracing.
