I hope you’re not expecting Stantis to actually be funny. He occasionally tries for irony (and on very very rare occasions is successful), but actual humor tends to elude him.

Actually, I find Scott to be very funny, and he pokes fun equally at both sides of the political spectrum. It’s the critics here who need to calm down (especially the “insiders”.

I am ’way libbier than you would like, and I welcome decent, intelligent repubs and RW who consider and accept reality. Good luck and skill to us.

In 1989 and again in 1990 after the passage of the 1989 flag protection act, the Supreme Court ruled that burning the US flag was constitutionally protected free speech. It is not a sacred symbol!!!

Actually, Darsan54 and many others, this cartoon is pretty good (except for Carmen’s implied expletive). I like Ignatz ’ response to J Gray ’s comment, above that if silent protests were inneffective, why should do those in power keep trying to quash them?

What amazes me is how Scott’s comic for today, an obvious “punt” two weeks ago, would actually align with a serious event from this weekend as Mike Pence demonstrates what a shill he will be should he suddenly become 46 later this year.

This strip may inadvertently be one of Scott ’s best, yet for every reason that he would probably oppose…

Winslow has gone anti-fascist. I guess the right wingers will feel compelled to hound him out of the comic.

Well, Scott, do you still believe the Pence presidency can’t get here soon enough?

Pence and his Secret Service and others entourage “attend” a football game in order to walk out and THEN lie about the motivations for the protest.

Trump Disciples cannot participate in a discussion without lying.

Funny. My earlier comment appears to be deleted. Did I offend?

Trying to remember it, I think it went something like this: Firs, I responded to D54, in that I believe this was a good cartoon. I was also amazed that two weeks ago would accidentally align with the childish performance of our spineless VP at taxpayer expense. I tipped my hat to Ignatz and his response to J Gray about the importance of these protests. Lastly, I cast aspersions upon the man who may well be 46 by the end of the year.

Maybe that comment about Pence is what got my comment pulled…
