I used to love watching foreign films like “Unfeasible Sadness.” “Guts-wrenchingly morose” was a rave review to me. I still like that kind of flick sometimes.
I’m with Lottie, see the Nutty Judge. If there’s any chance the comedy could cheer you up at least a little…and you already paid for tickets right? Those aren’t cheap these days, so it’d be a shame to waste that money on a movie you didn’t actually watch.
So Mildred told her folks that they were going to see “The Nutty Judge”, and now she comes home as an emotional wreck? Maybe she can convince then that stories about mental instability in governmental officials always make her depressed.
