    “The one in your pants.”

    “My wallet?”

    “…Sure.”

The “affirmative action” is hiring a shy person to sell products.

Anyone else notice that the dialogue pointer is misplaced in the first panel? No? Just me?

Women should be half of Dr. Whoopee’s target demographic, so having a representative that can candidly discuss the need for, and sell, the product to women is vital.

Let’s see how candidly all the male sales reps can discuss the product, and the need for the product, with women!

I can understand his confusion. Now, if it was stated as a “thing-a-ma-bob”, that would clear it right up… ☺

Not really related to this comic, but: some years ago, I heard a British comic tell a joke about British humility, or lack of same. He said they had courses designed to teach humility, and that one of the exercises was to go to a drug store and find the condom display. The student was to then hold up a pack of condoms and loudly ask an employee, preferably at the far end of the store: “Excuse me! These condoms are much too large. Would you have anything smaller?”
