My mother always said that you should feed babies in the shower. When you get through just turn the water on and wash them off. It would save everyone lots of time and trouble. Sounded like a good deal to me but my wife never would go for it so she had to do the cleanup. Before you get in an uproar, every time I tried to help she ran me off because I couldn’t do it like she wanted it done. Like most fathers I was completely incompetent when it came to babies.

Makes me think of my little sister when she was at that age, you loved to rub what she ate in her hair…especially mashed potatoes.

Once saw a bottle of specialty shampoo that claimed was made from potatoes, and thought of her because of this.

“BAK!” (Where’s my fava beans?!)

I’m pragmatic and don’t like cleaning more than necessary. I don’t see what is wrong with feeding the baby in a large sink with the hose thing to clean the baby off… but what do I know.
