As a short legged canine, Fred is never going to be up to the task of keeping up with a pair of plains apes whose ancestors used to run down game on foot (or so I’m told). Distance running generally works better with breeds that are closer to Fred’s wolf ancestors.

Fred has short legs and his breed is naturally heavy. Don’t put him on a diet and new exercises.

Fred is fine, no diet or excersize necessary!!!
