Sam: Zonker, I thought daddy still had his knee. Zonker: Well, he did, Sam, but it got infected. So now he's an "AK," an above-the-knee amputee... Patients who've only lost their lower legs are called "BK's," for below the knee. Sam: AK's get the cooler hardware, right? Zonker: Much cooler. It's actually pretty unfair.
