If only it were that easy. Personally I tend to want the world to slow down at the same pace as I do, that isn’t the way things work though.
This is probably in my mind since my father passed earlier this month, but as a comment on the human condition, a person slows down, or stops entirely, and the world keeps going; life, as they say, goes on.
