Remember watching the evening news on a Chicago station. The weather man got to the studio late due to a drawbridge being up on the Chicago River. He only had time to get shirt, jacket and tie on. His “friends” on the set pulled back for a long shot to show his bermudas and sandals under the “uniform”.
