Mr. Armstrong, I read you daily in my paper, the South Bend Tribune, and really enjoy your work. Something happened recently in my family that was really awful & it had to do with an elderly relative’s bad driving. Is there any way that the Cobbs can work on Grandma Cobb’s driving? It’s no longer funny to me, and looking back, her carelessness should never have amused me. Please, sir, can Grandma Cobb see how dangerous she is? Thank you, I would appreciate it!

What will Joe do if he does retire?

He’d probably be buried in it if he died in the line of duty. Retire, Joe, if your heart isn’t in it. Probably the toughest job in the U.S.

I can’t imagine any spouse encouraging their loved one to stay in such a dangerous job when they’re offered retirement. Baffles my mind.

Say it ain’t so, Joe! A poll just showed that police officer is the #3 job kids want when they grow up. Hang in there!

At this point Joe should really call for backup. Does anyone else support his retirement idea?
