From the size of the television set, and the fact that she can get a picture with a rabbit ears, I would guess this to be late 50s or early 60s. Mid-50s TV sets were much larger but had a smaller picture - and you usually needed a roof-top antenna to pick up any kind of picture.
Back in the 50’s my mother used to take us to a little place in downtown Houston, Texas called Jame’s Coney Island. Now they are a chain. They sure made a good hot dog.

It was only cartoon, even if it was 1950s on the dot, it likely wasn’t accruate. It could be the ’60s.

Wish I had a hot dog cart outside my house. Downtown, they have these Nathan’s hot dog stands, and they are great.

I remember getting chili dogs at Ollie’s Trolley in DC. Great memories.
