    Great visuals! No, I’m serious! A window at night, curtains closed, light peeping through; A closer view of a window, curtains open, as a character looks out the window as if expecting something from outside, not engaging in eye contact with those she’s speaking to; a reprise of the original window shot. Where did Dan come up with these images as suitable for this expository sequence? But they work, creating atmosphere and an expectation that something will happen (of course, this is “Rip Haywire”, so we damn well know something will Ka-Happen!, but even so. . . ). I may quibble about shadows from time to time, but this strip is brilliant/insane!
