Red and Rover by Brian Basset for November 18, 2010
Transcript:
Atomic bombs!.. The boogie man!.. Runaway trains hauling hazardous materials!.. All those pale in comparison to killer Earth asteroids! Maybe we should learn to get along with all the planet's species before we're all wiped out. Ick! Centipedes give me the creeps!

I have a simple rule: I do not willingly share my home with any living thing whose natural complement of legs is less than two or more than four.

Someday the aliens ‘are’ gonna come and kick our butts for blasting those “I Love Lucy” re-runs into space for the last 40 years…then later,(if we’re still around), another crew of aliens will come and give us heii about “Jerry Springer”…
All Red really needs to worry about is if he’s having “Maypo”, or “Sugar Pops” for breakfast tomorrow.
