Scooter, you are such a talented rascal! And somehow you avoid all consequences.

Scooter has been thirsting for revenge ever since neighbor Phil fooled him with that fake flower in the lapel gag.

You squirted him once for barking, Phil. Payback’s a son of a gun.

He was just a little squirt but now he’s an ex-spurt.

Of course, Scooter pretends to have no control over it.

Don’t believe him when he makes that “Me? But I’m only a dog” face.

He’ll also demonstrate how he’s too short to look over the fence….

so be sure you check for where he hid the ladder.

Also, look for tooth marks on the hose bibb….

and you probably should also count the bills in your wallet.

Pretty sure Scooter is preparing for world domination

Perhaps next he’ll master t he water balloon.

I never realized before that Scooter is polidactyl.

Don’t anyone tell him that that condition isn’t all that uncommon in cats.

The part that made me chuckle was seeing a little of the dog itself.

Undoubtedly, Scooter has already mastered his master…

Scooter apparently doesn’t like MAGA hats.
