    I wondered why my dog was just slowly eating one bite at a time and then looking up at me and licking his lips. Getting even for having him fixed, huh?

    The greatest dilemma I’ve faced was when I bought a big bar of chocolate for my little nephew, and it was the hardest test of my life to stop myself from eating it all up.

    When I was in college — 50 years ago ! — some of my dorm mates who were on very limited budgets used to eat dog food occasionally because it was cheaper than equivalent people food.

    First eliminate carbs and processed foods. If you can do that then most of your problems with food will resolve themselves. We dig our graves with our teeth.
