I always hated History and English. They’d cover the boring parts of who, what, where and when, and you were supposed to remember that for the tests, but they always left out the why.
Science is pretty cool. You get to learn how the world works, how the body works, how plants and animals grow. The list of useful information is endless. The really cool part is you can keep on learning, there is so much out there it is impossible to know it all. Unfortunately, many scientists have been hijacked by the allure of Government funding (which you only get if your results are politically correct and what the Government wants to hear at the time.). Unbiased scientists, which we should all strive to be, are still out there but it is hard for many to get funding or published if any of their results ever contradicted the politically correct opinion of the day.

Must have been a stupid experiment, then.

“Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools…” pretty much covers modern science.
