It won’t make a very good carpenter’s horse.

It’ll look better when it’s a painted pony.

There’s a reason the hammer has a claw on the other end.

It does look a little like a saw-pony. It’s too small to be a saw-horse.

It’s all relative (there’s an original thought), Neal. If that’s your first pony, not bad. At least it is standing. If, on the other hand, that is your 100th pony, then you have a problem.

Oh boy, Stel Bel has brought us a poster of the legendary beauty, Gracie Kennely. It is impossible to overstate the effect she had on the male basset population. Alfred Hitchdog had a penchant for placing her in extreme peril in his pictures. Hounds everywhere were on the edges of their seats. Her marriage to Prince Rainarf was a fantastic culmination of her legend, but of course it also meant the end of her career and her grip on the public’s imagination. Just look at that beautiful face!

C’mon Neal, throw a saddle on it and it will spruce up just fine.

Of course, the humans had to split that poster into two – they just can’t handle StelBel’s greatness!

    When you’re down and troubled

and you need a helping hand

and nothing, whoa nothing is going right.

Just reach out and dial a B

    and Cleo will be there

to brighten up even your darkest nights.

The timing of this is uncanny. I saw the human version of this Sunday night. Last night I saw The Trrouble With Harry – humorou take on what was thought to be murder. I presently have 32 Hitchcock movies in my collection. My favorite is Rebecca, his first American made film. The 39 Steps is my favorite British made film. Frenzy and Topaz are on my wish list.
