Been there, done that!
Second the ‘been there, don that’, the only way I can exercise for more than ten minutes at a time is at home on my cross trainer with my favorite TV show on.
Reading a book or watching TV or a dvd helps immensely!
I use an Airdyne so arms and legs are both going; so for me, it’s my iPod.
