I got it too, ML I also fudged a bit.! I used my VideoHound.s Golden Retrieverās actor index and cross referenced Forsythe against Gwen to see what movie they had both been in in1955,, and,ā¦ā¦ The Trouble With Harry!
I intend to post up movies new, old, silentā¦ā¦. Some rather obscure and some easy, and I will have different genreās aka āHorror, SciFi, action and, welllā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦.. etc. and also!
They will be, mostly, titles I have on hand, some from the VHGR. The latter, I shall attempt to remember to identify.
No foreign films, unless released in English!!
Iāve got a lot of horror and science fiction and various gory mixes of both. I admit to prefering modern movies to a greaer degree than I do older moviesā¦ā¦usually.
I like modern special effects, though iām getting bored by huge fiery explosions in places that defy logic.
Slim -
I agree with your final statement. Hereās the plot from āIndependence Dayā -
Boom! AAaaaaagh!
Boooom! Aaaaaaaagh!
Booooooommm!! Aaaaaaagh!!
KaBlooooey!!! Aaaaaaaaaag!!
(Repeat 17 times)
Bring in the climax - KAAAABBBBOOOOOMMMMM!!!
AAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!
Like I said, āThe Trouble with Harryā was shot in Craftsbury, Vt., and Stow as well. The inside shots were done in Morrisville, Vt. at the American Legion hall.
There is a sceen where they show what looks like a field with cows eating grass.
The field is Craftbury Common, the building on the opposite side is the Funeral Home.
I was born in 1953, so I was 2. No, I didnāt see Sir Alfred, Knight of Terror.
How ever one of my lodge brothers was a gofer on the movie.
Hitch wanted a set of slay bells for the store door, my friend looked around for some, and they are seen in the mvie.
Watching āHee Hawā so talk to you tomorrow, nice dreems.

dkramā¦..Love the filming locations!!!! Fun to hear someone who āwas thereā. Did you get to see Hitch?
They have said that they had to import autumn colored leaves and lay them around because filming took so long.
